Our refund & return policy is simple and lasts 7 days. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order about your wish to return or exchange the complete order or any items in the order by sending a mail at email@example.com mentioning your:

2. Items you wish to return or exchange
3. Reason for return or exchange
We will get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving the email to process the return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It may or may not be in the original packaging. In the case any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, then only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then the amount to be refunded will be credited to the bank account provided by you within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
