Our return and exchange policy is simple and lasts 7 days. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order about your wish to return or exchange the complete order or any item(s) in the order by sending a mail at email@example.com mentioning your:
1. anokherang Order ID
2. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
3. Reason for return or exchange
We will get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving the email to process the return or exchange. The return process involves the following steps once we start processing your return or exchange:
1. We will arrange for the pickup of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged - the only exception will be if your pincode is not serviceable by our pickup partner.
2. You will handover the items to be returned or exchanged to the pickup partner - please note that it takes 6 to 10 days for the returned item(s) to be received by us - you will be provided a link to track your returned item(s)
3. Once the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of item(s).
4. If your refund has been approved we will request you to provide your bank details for us to process your refund - we will need the following details:
(a) Bank Name (b) Account Holder Name (c) Account Number (d) IFSC code of your Bank Branch
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your account details.
