Each of your anokherang order is handcrafted with utmost love and care. Actually what this means is that we don't have a ready inventory and we make on order. Our aim is to ship our designs to you in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner and we try our best to ship your orders to you as soon as possible.

On an average, it takes us about 2 - 5 working days to get your order ready for dispatch depending on the amount of work required to handcraft your ordered items.

Once your order is dispatched its typically delivered in India within 2 - 5 working days. If required to be delivered outside India it takes 3 to 12 working days to deliver your order depending on the shipping option chosen by you while placing your order i.e. Express, Expedited or Standard. 

However, in case we get a flood of orders for a new collection or one of our new designs becomes a runaway success, then it may take us longer to get your anokherang order to you as it's not possible for us to ramp-up and down our production capacity suddenly - in such happy events we will keep you informed of the delay in getting your orders to you and make sure we keep you updated on every step of the way !

Our return and exchange policy is simple and lasts 7 days. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order about your wish to return or exchange the complete order or any item(s) in the order by sending a mail at helpme@anokherang.com mentioning your:

1. anokherang Order ID
2. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
3. Reason for return or exchange

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving the email to process the return or exchange. The return process involves the following steps once we start processing your return or exchange:

1. We will arrange for the pickup of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged - the only exception will be if your pincode is not serviceable by our pickup partner.
2. You will handover the items to be returned or exchanged to the pickup partner - please note that it takes 6 to 10 days for the returned item(s) to be received by us - you will be provided a link to track your returned item(s)
3. Once the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of item(s).
4. If your refund has been approved we will request you to provide your bank details for us to process your refund - we will need the following details:
(a) Bank Name (b) Account Holder Name (c) Account Number (d) IFSC code of your Bank Branch

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your account details.
